The Cloth Hall is a very well known and highly regarded hall house in the heart of Smarden Village which dates back to the 15th Century and is grade II* listed.
The property was lacking regular maintenance and the attention it deserves.
The house in it’s existing form had a lean-to extension poorly constructed in the late 20th century providing a small kitchen which served the whole house.
We were asked to supply and install our 12mm laminated waterproof switchable smart glass complete with powder coated aluminium frames into a beautiful upper bathroom renovation.
Controlled by voice activation or our wireless intelligent and modern remote from up to 10 metres away the smart glass offers instant privacy on demand for the upper bathroom level.

The end result is a stunning heritage family home which now enjoys access and views over the properties substantial gardens and countryside beyond.
